02 / RESPONSIBILITY FOR CONTENT

This information is included as a precaution for editorially prepared online content. Whether additional media-law requirements apply depends on the final form and operation of the publication.
03 / NATURE OF THE RESEARCH
CONDITIONS publishes independent spatial research and strategic assessments concerning places, properties and development conditions. Reports combine publicly available information, geodata, cartographic analysis, observations, market signals and analytical interpretation.
CONDITIONS distinguishes, where appropriate, between verified facts, observations, inferences, hypotheses and open questions. This distinction is intended to make the evidential status of a statement transparent; it does not replace independent due diligence.
04 / NO INVESTMENT OR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE
All content is provided for information and research purposes only. CONDITIONS does not provide investment, financial, legal, tax, brokerage, valuation, surveying, engineering or other regulated professional advice through this website.
Assessments, classifications, scenarios and statements such as “selective interest”, “potential”, “risk”, “scarcity value” or similar analytical terms do not constitute a recommendation or invitation to acquire, sell, finance, lease or develop any particular asset.
Any transaction or development decision should be based on independent legal, financial, tax, technical, cadastral, planning and regulatory due diligence appropriate to the specific asset and jurisdiction.
05 / RESEARCH STATUS & ACCURACY
CONDITIONS aims to use reliable sources and, where reasonably available, primary or official sources. Nevertheless, information may be incomplete, delayed, subsequently amended or subject to interpretation. Planning rules, cadastral records, coastal regulations, infrastructure conditions, market information and other external data may change after publication.
Each report should therefore be read in relation to its stated research date. Unless expressly indicated otherwise, statements describe the information available and assessed at that time. Parcel-specific or transaction-specific matters require separate verification with the competent authorities and qualified professionals.
06 / MAPS, GEODATA & SPATIAL ANALYSIS
Cartographic material produced by CONDITIONS is an analytical visualisation based on the sources identified in the relevant map, figure or report. CONDITIONS maps are not official cadastral plans, land surveys, planning documents, legal boundary determinations or authoritative statements of property rights.
Boundaries, regulatory overlays, building footprints, access routes and other spatial information may be simplified for analytical or graphic purposes. The authoritative status of any parcel, building, boundary or restriction must be verified against the relevant official record.
A discrepancy between visible structures, aerial or satellite imagery and cadastral or other official datasets does not, by itself, establish illegality, non-compliance, ownership status or the absence of an approval.
Dataset-specific licences and attributions are stated in the relevant figures or source sections and remain applicable independently of this notice.
07 / MARKET INFORMATION
Market information may include advertised prices, asking prices, listing observations, publicly available statistics and other market signals. Asking prices are not equivalent to verified transaction prices. Small, heterogeneous or non-random samples may not support statistically robust conclusions about an entire market.
Market figures should therefore be interpreted within the methodology, sample and limitations stated in the respective report.
08 / COPYRIGHT & THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS
© CONDITIONS. Unless stated otherwise, original text, analysis, diagrams, infographics, visualisations, layouts and cartographic design produced by CONDITIONS are protected by applicable copyright law.
Third-party data, maps, imagery, trademarks, source material and other protected content remain subject to the rights, terms and licences of their respective owners or providers.
Linking to the original CONDITIONS publication is permitted. Reproduction, republication, redistribution or commercial reuse of substantial original parts of a CONDITIONS publication requires prior permission unless the use is otherwise permitted by applicable law or by the licence governing the relevant third-party material.
09 / EXTERNAL SOURCES & LINKS
CONDITIONS reports may refer or link to external websites, public authorities, data portals, property listings and other third-party sources. External content is controlled by the respective provider. CONDITIONS does not control its continued availability, subsequent modification or external privacy practices.
